With a gorgeous courtyard making you forget you're in the heart of the CBD, this is a great spot to eat and relax during your lunch break or an after-work feed.
This Korean inspired restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although conveniently close to uni, I haven't been here since January 2017 when it was fairly new because it was relatively expensive for its portions, making it more of a one-time only spot. But it has been on Zomato Gold since the very beginning so a second visit was definitely overdue!

There is nothing else in the city quite like their beautiful courtyard out the back of the restaurant. With it's 'secret garden' vibe going on, it truly takes you out of the busy city atmosphere. Most will be seated here by staff to dine and let's be honest, who wouldn't want to? With a clear roof, bamboo-lined benches, and flora and greenery surrounding you, it creates a chill and laid-back environment that will definitely make you feel calm and relaxed instantly.

The stunning interior and decor is still the same but the menu has changed up with a variety of Korean fusion options on offer. Living up to its, kimchi features in several dishes with the Kimchi Waffle Fries remaining a fixture. Their Kimchi Fried Rice, which you can pair with pork belly or tempura prawn, is clearly a popular choice with three of us ordering it, whilst I got the Kimchi Pasta - a rarity for me to eat kimchi but a neat twist to the traditional pasta. They have various waffle fries and baos for sides as well. We also ordered the Tempura Fish Waffle Fries and a Soft Shell Crab Bao to share but these were a bit underwhelming - mains were definitely better.
A hidden gem in the city for sure with lovely food and service, go check it out for yourself!
