These guys are bringing fried chicken and waffles to the yard!
Located next to Winona Forever, Main Chick has recently entered the Parnell scene. They've got the Main Chick (original or buffalo wings), or if you're after some tasty fried chicken and waffles, grab a Side Chick - I highly recommend! Their waffles aren't dry like other places (i'm thinking Orleans) - made to order, they're soft and fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside. Paired with some delicious fried chicken and the right amount of sauce, it's a match made in heaven! Seriously though, if you've never tried fried chicken and waffles together before, you need to get yourself to Main Chick. It also comes with lots of salad for some balance too - get your 5+ a day people.
I recommend getting a glass or jug of their sweet lemon tea on the side - a refreshing drink and perfect to wash down the greasiness from the fried chicken. So make sure to use my deal while it's available!
