This successful inner-city cafe is always a popular spot, whether for catch-ups with fam or friends or lunch with colleagues.
With its bright white interior, floor-to-ceiling windows and sleek decor, Major Sprout is well-polished with its beautiful industrial design and its delicious food. You can feel the positive vibes with the sunlight radiating through and the friendly service of staff. It's busy but spacious with lots of seating so you don't feel too crowded
Their menu has a range of options with a Japanese/Korean influence. I've been here a couple of times and I remembered how much I loved their Okinomiyaki, that I ordered it again on my second visit! I added salmon, though at $6 for the add-on is quite pricey.

For a treat, order their most popular dish, Buttermilk Pancakes. Served with almond mascarpone, butterscotch and toasted marshmallows, the sight of these pancakes makes us drool.
